HELP Fuel Pump Bike wont start

I just put some 12" JSR Bad attitude Bars on my 2011 FLTRX everything went fairly smooth put everything back together and everything works but the fuel pump. Checked and rechecked wires on throttle side control. We tested and have power at run stop switch and power on both ends of the connector. I saw a similar post where the gray power wire and gray with white stripe were mixed up but that isn't it, checked fuse for fuel pump. Any Ideas guys? Thanks

Could be one of the pins in the connectors.

2010 FLTRX , Stage 1, 13" Madstad, Mono tubes, SuperShox, Heritage style bars. Alpine CDE-HD149BT,Soundstream Picasso Nano Series PN4.520 , 5X7 and 6.5 Infinity Kappa speakers
If I have to explain ,you wouldn't under stand anyway.

Wiring at Green plug. Recheck that connection.

Stupid question, did you pull the tank off while you were doing the bars?

No didn't pull the tank just the fairing. We have checked the run stop switch and every function works except fuel pump prime when you hit the run switch. Took all back apart and eliminated the green connector reassembled again same as the first time. I am really stumped which isn't hard lol.

Can you run power to the pump and verify that the pump is good. Have seen electrical issues were an item took a dump while working on something completely different.
Small chance I know, but many years ago put a set of plugs in my truck, drove the truck into the garage. Installed plugs and the truck wouldn't fire....turned out the magnetic pickup in the distributor took a dump during the plug install......Go Figure! Took 2 days to figure out and never forgot the hassle

You said earlier that you checked the fuse, did you just look at it or did you actually check continuity with a multi-meter? Sometimes a fuse can be blown and you can't tell just by a visual and you will need to check continuity with a meter. Just touch your leads to the little silver dots on the back of the fuse without even removing it.

yes we checked the continuity with meter. I noticed the power light on my power commander is not lighting thought maybe the power commander may be bad took the power commander out and tried the run/stop switch still nothing. All other functions work. We also checked continuity at run/stop switch all was normal.
