You can bypass it by getting the non abs brake lines. You will have a constant trouble code. The ABS light will stay red.

Buy a non-ABS model.

How often do you bleed brakes? Putting up with the aggravation once or twice in the life of a bike doesn't seem unreasonable for the added safety.

2017 FLTRXS, Givi V56 Topcase, Windvest 10", National Cycle Hand Deflectors, Rapid Transit Tank Bag. My last bike was 2014 Triumph Trophy SE. Before that: 2010 FLTRX.

I have had many bikes. Never had abs till 2009. I like them...they will stop way better than standard brakes. Different strokes for different folks.

My ABS have saved me from an accident , guaranteed! . . . I'm a believer and I've been riding non ABS for 30 years, until last year.

that would be the quickest, easiest, and cheapest way to do it. also, the most easily reversed.

I understand the concept of reality, but find it too confining for a way of life.

I rode non abs Harley from 1971 until March 2011 , I too said naah when they became available several years ago ..

Never will my daily rider be a non abs again unless there is an improvement over abs that isn't called abs ..

I just bled my system this week , whats the big deal ??
