To all Shark Week 5 presenters

So far we have two groups that have contacted Hutmo that plan to make a presentation to host SW5. Are there any others that want to make a presentation? If "yes" then please contact Hutmo ASAP. As previously stated, we will keep that information between the SW4 organizers and Hutmo so you can still make it a surprise if you want to, but we're trying to plan our time for that Tuesday evening and need to know how many total presentations there will be. A computer, screen, PP projector, and microphone will be available to you. Bring your presentation on a thumbdrive if you are using any visual aids, please. All members will get one vote, and will have until 10:00 Wednesday evening to get your ballot to one of us. All votes will be securely momitored by the accounting firm of Dewey, Cheatum, and Howe until the winning group is announced at Thursday's Awards Banquet.

Thanks in advance for your cooperation.

Bacon Table at Shark Week

Hmmmm.... bacon samples eh!

I can see it now, the table surrounded by all those that like bacon in this bunch.

-Regular bacon
-Maple syrup infused bacon
-Maple smoked bacon
-Thick cut bacon
-Thick cut applewood smoked bacon
-Thick cut Canadian bacon
-Thick cut pea meal bacon (my personal favorite with maple syrup)
-Apple pie served in a thick cut bacon bowl with maple bacon ice cream
-Deep fried Cracklin' bacon chunks rolled kosher salt and pepper with maple syrup drizzle and maple sugar on a popsicle stick.
-Maples syrup bacon, chive and chopped mushroom in mushroom caps topped with aged cheddar cheese slightly melted
-Scotties nest eggs topped with melted swiss cheese and heavy cream baked in a bacon bowl, served drizzled with hollandaise sauce on an English muffin with shredded potato hash browns on the side

Too bad you most likely won't see the free sample table until SW V but it does give me some ideas.

Who's comin' up for brunch on the weekend?

CG - I'm thinking that would be a very large table! Sign me up.
