Would you leave your Glide in an airport garage?

Just curious if anyone has ever parked their bike at an airport. I've got to make a quick trip this weekend, leave Friday and back Sunday. Airport is 120 miles away, figured I'd still get my weekend ride time in spite of being out of town.

Not sure if I'll actually do it, but got to wondering if anyone else has.

If you do, try to leave it in an area where there is a lot of lighting and foot traffic. Look for security cameras, too. Good luck!

As for me, probably not. I can appreciate trying to get a ride in, but I'm a little protective when it comes to Vivid Venus. Of course, there's always insurance. But I don't think (with the mods and all) I'd risk it.

I'd probably just ride the hell out of it when I got back and take the Subaru to the airport...

I leave mine in a 7 story parking garage every day that I ride to work. Nobody has ever messed with it. But I don't think I'd leave it there over night.

I'd leave it at an airport for a day trip, but not over night.

Never- no way. I wouldn't trust the security at either of our airports.

Good idea... Can I borrow your dog? :D

Get a Honda cover for airport parking.
I was definitely thinking about getting a cover. Got a buddy who leaves his Venture at the outdoor lot with a locking cover on it.

Sometimes it just ain't worth the risk or sleepless nights hoping its still there when you get back.
I am starting to think that's how I'd end up... Even though it's pretty much stock, and insured, it would be awful if something happened to it.

I suppose I'll survive not riding this weekend, did 1200 miles last weekend. ;)

I probably wouldn't, but every time I go to the air port I do see a few bikes there. If my bike were closer to stock and I had no other way I'd probably consider it, but as a general rule, NO.

yes. Took mine to Nashville, left it on floor 8 of the parking garage for 4 nights, checked on it accoassionally. Saw an RGC sitting just inside another parking garage door for same period..That I would not have done, it was in full full of the street.

I won't leave mine at either of the Chicago airports! And while they have a valet service at O'Hare, have you ever seen the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off?!?

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm then they would just steal the bike AND the cover:D:):D
