Which wrapped front fender?

I have been thinking about a wrapped front fender for my ’18 RGS for a while now and I’m having a hard time deciding between the Klock Werks Slicer and their Level model. I like the streamlined look of the Slicer, but I’m concerned that a few of the pictures I have seen tend to give me a little bit of a metric or Victory-esque vibe (maybe it’s just the angle of the photo). That leads me to the Level model, I haven’t found as many photos of this one but from what I have seen it has some similar lines to stock, which is also my concern, will it look too much like stock? Ah, decisions decisions; anyone that has one of these wish they had gone a different direction? Pictures are always appreciated!

Check out;

thefactorymatch for a selection of Klockwerks fenders and their gallery of bikes will give you a good idea of what your's will look like when installed.

The wrap fender on Tiggr is a painted to match HD wrap fender ordered from the painted parts catalogue.

I ordered a color-matched Level for my SG from thefactorymatch.com 7 weeks ago. I'll post pics when I get it. They're waiting on the mounting blocks to show up, they'll paint them and then ship.

I just had a KW Slicer Painted for my '18 - Had one for my '15 too that I transferred to my '17 - IMHO, its the best look for the front end - The KW Wrapper" goes a bit too low and you run the risk of a good old fashion fuck up if you try and use a front wheel chock - The Level still has that squared off stock look to me that I wanted to get away from

I did the level front fender by klockwerks from The Factory Match. Got it in like 3 weeks. Color match is dead on.

I went with a KW slicer from Factory Match he did an excellent job on the vivid black paint. I chose the slicer since it shows more of the wheel, than the level does, I also preferred the bottom or rear cut of the slicer over the wrapper model. It appears to performs better in the rain than stock which I did not expect.

Regardless of which style you choose, you can't go wrong with the KW fenders. Very well made and virtually ready to paint. I've run mine for 7 years (Eddie, that means about 12 bikes ago for you) and no issues. I see from a post above that they're back ordering the blocks again. When I bought mine the fender shipped immediately but the blocks were BO'd about 3 weeks. Why they have issues keeping proper inventory levels on the blocks is a mystery - with it being a universal part and a very inexpensive one for them to have made, you'd think that would be the kind of part that the buyer would be told to make sure they never run out of them.

Hopefully if they are back ordered they will be quicker than they are with handlebars. I ordered 10 inch klip hangers on 2-5 still on back ordered. Canceled order and bought a used set on the forum last week.
