Any ideas why this happens? I pump it to 50 psi and it quickly goes back to 0. It's a well-maintained, bought new Ultra with only 11K miles on it.

Ditch that shit! You will thank yourself immensely. I never figured out the problem with the air shocks on my '15 but they wouldn't hold air from the day I bought it. Problem solved - installed Super Shox.

I got rid of the stock air preload shocks due to the same reason of not holding the psi. I upgraded to Ohlins front and rear. Worth every penny. Since I always ride solo and I do not carry enough in the saddlebags, I never have to adjust the preload. It is great to have a consistent ride every time which stock shocks did not provide.

Walk right into their front door, talk to the awesome ladies at the front desk and tell them the nature of your business. They will help get you set up or even talk to Brian if you have questions.

The air shocks on my 12 Ultra held up pretty good but not on my 15 Fltrx. They were leaking fluids also. Switched to Super Shox and couldn’t be happier!

My '16 RGU had a leak in the plumbing and got it fixed under warranty. No issues after that. I liked the air shocks much better than the '17 Harley shocks.

I didn't read all the replies but soapy water is your friend for finding the source of the leak.

Yeah toss those things! I went with Ohlins, great move. I think about anything will outperform the stock stuff.

For a quick fix, check all the fittings where the air lines go into the shocks, air valve and the T connector. There is a red connector, can’t recall if you push it down or pull it up to remove the lines.

I removed all the lines, snipped about a 1/16 if of the ends to make sure they were square, and reconnected them, as they were all leaking. (Found doing the soap test) Seated them all back in, and it would hold air for days, but still bleed down slowly. Over a couple of weeks they would need topped off again.

I since switched to the hand adjustable shocks, bought them used on eBay. They were new take offs, or so they said, LOL

Got mine for about $150.

If you still have warranty, or an ESP, I would think it would be covered.
