I have had a LRS on my street glide and again on m y Road Glide.

I find James at LRS an easy guy to deal with, and has replaced my RG screen free of charge when it developed a stress fracture at a screw hole.

And also I don't know a recurve screen that doesn't distort at the recurve - you are not supposed to look through it anyway.

Never again will I put up with the delays lies and run around from LRS. Made in Nevada? Bull... Why shipped from California? Ordered a month before a trip and wont have product till I get back. Now you’ve got a real reason to hate LRS. They just doubled their prices.

In fairness though it looks like they updated the material and coatings. Could be the improvement justifies the price. Have to wait and see.

Just received an e-mail from LRS today stated they have used up all their previous materials and from now on will be using a higher quality material that is equal to the material eyeglasses are made from. I had a LRS on my Switchback and loved it for quality and wind deflection. I would not be surprised if the price goes up, but as long as the quality increases along with price they will most likely still turn out a great product. I will be interested to see what happens.

My experience with LRS was great, but I replaced my shield in the off season. Product works great, 11" stingray, works better than the 12" Harley due to the curve. Install was easy, worked with my chizled low bars, the klockwerk didn't.
