Fellow RG.org friends and family, if you are planning on attending the banquet dinner to be held at “The Inn of the Hills” on June 17th (Wednesday) please follow the details outlined below to secure your meal for that evening.
For members that are staying at the host hotel please call 800 292 5690 and tell them that you want to have your Shark Week Banquet Dinner(s) billed to your room.
Upon arrival at check in you will be given your meal tickets.
For members staying elsewhere you will need to call the same 800 292 5690 number but then you will need to ask for Penny.
Tell Penny that you would like to prepay for the Shark Week Banquet Dinner and she will take your credit card information at this time and charge you for your meal(s) in advance but not to worry. If for some reason you cannot make it to Shark Week V you have until 3 days before the Banquet Dinner (June 14th) to call and cancel your dinner and get a full refund. If for some reason Penny is not available they will take a message and have her get back in touch with you.
Also for the members staying somewhere other than the “The Inn of the Hills”, you will need to go in advance to the Hotel Front Desk and pick up your meal tickets for that night.
In the event you get someone that is not familiar with what you are asking for, simply ask to speak to someone at the front desk. There may be times when the front desk is busy and your call may roll over and be answered by a service that is off site and is not familiar with this procedure.
If you have any special dietary needs be sure to inform them at the time you reserve your meals and the hotel will do their best to accommodate your needs.
The Deadline for placing dinner orders is June 10th, 2015. There will be no opportunity after this date to ensure you will have a meal so make sure to place your order(s) as soon as possible.
The total cost of the meal will be $33.15 and broken down as follows.
Mexican Fiesta Buffet Charge $25.95
18 % Gratuity $ 4.67
Tax @ 8.25% $ 2.53
Total per person $33.15

Chicken & Beef Fajitas
Warm Flour Tortillas
Spanish Rice and Refried Beans
Diced Tomatoes, Black Olives, Sour Cream, Grated Cheddar Cheese
Mexican Flan with Caramel Sauce
Fruit Filled Empanadas
Coffee, Iced Tea and Water
A Cash Bar will be available for Adult Beverages
(Outside food and drink will not be allowed in the Banquet Rooms at any time)
