Bike crapping (bogging) after install of true duals.

Question for you all, I have a 2011 Roadglide ultra with the following installed: Crusher true dual headpipes, the mellow crusher mufflers, crusher perfect sleeper ll air cleaner, screamin eagle 255 cams along with the the TTS Mastertune. I've had the motorcycle dyno'd though, at that time I had what Kuryakyn calls the CrusherŽ Dual Exhaust with Power Cell, (NOT A TRUE DUAL). Anyway, I've recently installed Kuryakyn's true dual header pipes with no other change.
Since that time, I now experience what sounds and feels like the bike crapping (bogging) until I crack the throttle which will clear it. This behavior isn't constant, though its persistent.
My question to you all, do I need to re-map? I not interested in a dyno, too expensive at this particular time.
