Delta % from canned map after autotune

After getting the canned map from FM i did a couple of autotune sessions (O2 stock), just to be sure that the map would fit the bike perfectly.
bike runs smooth, the front VE is now richer in the 2000-4000RPM of an average 8-10% while the rear is leaner with an average 6-8% if compared with the canned map initial values.
Did you experienced the same results? would be better to keep the canned map for a better balance between the 2 cylinders?
