Tour Pack Lighting Help

I have an 03 RG with an HD Tour pack. I only have the side lights no rear lights on tour pack. I want to change the side lights to LED and maybe add a rear LED as well. I looked on Custom Dynamics site and looks like what they offer for 2002 to 2006 kit comes with corner lens as well as side. Question is can the corner lens be added without hacking up the TP? Any suggestions to any other brands? What do I need and does anybody have a part number? I recently added a BAL taillight and I am really wanting to brighten the TP as well.

First, on the older Tour Pak without the longer side lights, you can't add the newer side lights without cutting the bottom of the Tour Pak.

As for changing the lights to LEDs, I did it "On the Cheap". I went to the local WalMart. Found red LED strips (pair in each package). Unscrewed the 194 bulb sockets and measured the area. I cut the LED strip to fit and wired it in place under the stock lens cover.

A great improvement in lighting and didn't cost more than $15.

I know ebay has led tail lights simular to the H-D kit but way less money. I went with H-D because they didn't have smoked lenses and I've had bad luck buying things like that from ebay. However someone on here bought them and liked them so I think that might be your best bet. With the H-D kit you just had to drill mounting holes, it looks like the ebay kit would be the same. To me, it looks like the Custom Dynamics kit does not come with the bezel to go around the tail lights so you would have to add that.

I did use the Ebay lights and wiring from Harley, made them run turn brake lights, love them, good fit. Use lots of painters tape, use the antenna holes to line it up. I did have to heat up the corners of the light and bend it in a little used the wires blow dryer. Use the instructions for Harley lights has all the parts listed. PM me if you need help.
