Luggage rack "base washers" - anyone using?

http://www.rocketmoto.com/index.php/...ome-black.html

I always worry that I'm pushing the limits of my rack when I'm on a trip.

Says they fit Harley, I have an Air Wing rack with the light wired through one of the posts. I'll probably call them, but curious if anyone's using these and how easy they are to install, etc.

Great idea. I will most likely add them now that I know they are there.

Looks like a cool idea, but about all I carry on my rack is light stuff.

When I installed the organizer on the inside of the tour pac lid, I used large washers on the inside to help hold the organizer to the lid in addition to the double sided tape. We travel with a large bag on the rack for long trips and so far so good.

That's a neat idea. I might have to look into it before we pack up for Sturgis.

thanks for sharing. i will probably get the black ones soon. hoping they fit my metalsports rack.
seems like longer screws might be needed for the additional spacer though.

I ordered two sets on Wednesday.
A chrome set for my buddy and a black set for me.
They arrived on Friday and appear to be very well made.
I haven't had a chance to put them on but by the looks of them they should perform as designed.

Installed mine today. Needed to buy longer bolts - 1/4 x 1 as stock were too short to my liking. Really pleased with the quality.
