Does 14 Tour Pac fit 13 RG?

I’ve heard that there is no difference in the 4pt mount and that a 2014 tour pac is 100% compatible with the 2013 Road glide. My local dealer ordered a 13 for me and would not commit to an answer to this question. Any thoughts from my RG brothers and sisters on this? Has anyone done it? Thanks. Be safe.

Permanent mount will not fit. If you follow these points on the detachable part numbers and fitment differences.

The 4 point mounting hardware is bike specific.

14 to 20 is part number - 52300353 Will not fit 13 and down (2 mounting bolts)
09 to 13 is part number - 54205-09A Will not fit 14 and up (3 mounting bolts)

Detachable Sissy bar part number - 52610-09A Fits 09 to 20 Touring.
Detachable Tour-Pak Rack part number - 53260-09A Fits 09 to 20 Touring.

So the answer is yes. The attachment points for detachable mounts are the same all years. It's the mounting to the motorcycle that is different.

Yes it will. I had a Rushmore (14'& up) tour pack on my 12' CVO. The docking hardware that is on your 13' will accept the 14' & up detachable tour pack bracket. Many others have done it as well.

Same here. Put a 14+ tour pack on my 12 FLTRX with the quick detach hardware, fit perfect. Also, the shape of the Rushmore style seem to go with the lines of the bike better.
