Well, we successfully avoided all but one of the rain showers on Saturday, and saw some parts of Florida that most of us hadn't seen before. I was surprised to find that the town of Okeechobee was much larger, and had much more going on than I would have guessed. I want to thank BobRG15 and Tony (Bevis) for leading the ride Saturday. I thought that the Holiday Inn Express (Sebring) staff was very cordial, friendly, and cooperative. Also, our Saturday dinner at the "Watering Hole" was excellent again this year .... not to mention the stoplight drags between Bob's 117 and Tim's 120 that we got to watch on the way to dinner! Tim had a cubic inch advantage, but Bob had a slight weight advantage. They both claim to have won. The ride home yesterday came too quickly, but it was sunny and uneventful.

Thanks to all for the comradery, laughs, and most of all, your friendship.
A couple of folks suggested we shouldn't have to wait an entire year to get together again so perhaps we can put something together after the peak tourist season is over but before it gets too hot and rainy - perhaps in March/April?
PS: Dave and Saunnie, Bob and Kathy, and Sandy and I are headed to the bike event in Arcadia this coming Saturday if anyone cares to join us there. It's free and fun. See link below:
