What I have done in the past is checked gun ranges preowned selections. You can run across some deals. Have you look at the P30 series?

I will defiantly check out the P30 the next time Im there. Thanks!!!! Probably going to go see what they have 'used' during lunch today./ The nice thing is I am in no hurry right now so I can take my time trying out different ones.

If you will not CC . Then look at full size first.

If you will not CC . Then look at full size first. Take you time with it. Easy to learn to shoot , most anyone that fires one adapts to it fast the Beretta 92FS is a great one for those needs it will have 10 round mag in your state. There are a long list for outstanding 9mm weapons that would fill your needs and in a wide price range

I don't have any personal experience with HK but they do have a very good reputation. As for comfort I'd suggest you take a look at CZ. I have a CZ PCR and it fits my hand better than any other pistol I've held. I believe that the PCR, P-01, 75, and 75 Compact all have the same grip. Someone else mentioned the Beretta 92. I have one of those also, both are fine guns but the CZ is a much better fit for me. Its not a grip I need to think about, just by putting my hand on it, it points very naturally.

Get the HK and dont look back. You just need to decide if you want it in striker fire or hammer fire. I also have several Glocks and I would have no problem grabbing either weapon in a tactical situation. Call me later and Ill give you a little background on the difference and between the two and what your needs are.

I have the VP9 & love it! It's a tack driver. Watch Hickok45's review on youtube. He's a Glock guy but liked this one. He complained of the trigger irritating his finger a little , but I never have that issue. I've put a lot of rounds through this without any hiccups at all.
