Finally got to ride my new RG

First off after so many years of dreaming about owning a Harley, and showroom shopping I was able to buy my dream bike. I left it at the dealership and had Vance and Hines installed along with a protective coat. This weekend I picked it up and while she is everything I dreamed of at over 900 lbs she was/is intimidating. I am sure with time and miles this will change. Other than just riding her is there any tips I should know? Otherwise I am loving the bike, the power, the sound, the pride. Thanks, Wess

Good tip for a new HD owner, put an extra key fob battery in your bags, just electrical tape it to the side of the bag somewhere out of the way.

Always have an extra battery for the fob, someday you will probably remember this tip.

Enjoy.

I know I'll remember this tip when my FOB battery goes dead in the middle of nowhere and I didn't do it. :-(
