Matt Laidlaw will be doing another live feed from the HD Dealers Meeting in San Diego this year on Tuesday, August 21, starting at approximately 10:30 am PST
Last year's coverage was great and showed a lot of insider stuff not usually broadcast to the general public.
He speaks frankly and is not afraid to tell it like it is. One of the few dealers I know of that gives it to you straight.

His Vids and Channel are top notch and ones that I always turn to for insight - In case you have no idea, here is one of my Favs that references what LW is talking about:
How the hell did you get that plate past the DMV police here in Luckeye world? I tried like hell to get something pretty cool and kept getting shot down.

So, I’m sitting in an AirB&B house right now, in San Diego, just minutes away from the Marriott/Convention Center where the unveiling will take place. Sucks for me, I’m not a dealer, and worse yet, I have to head for home in about an hour. Just driving me crazy how much I’d like to walk in that building and watch that show. But alas, I can only hope to catch the Laidlaw streaming video on my iPad as my daughter drives me back to LA. I’m really pumped about seeing what the new RGU will be, as much as I am fearful of how much more I will want it over my ‘17 RGU. I’m so happy with the 107, it wouldn’t do that much for me to have a 114, ironically I’d more likely buy one just to get the glare fix if they actually pull that off. I’m betting there will be a much-updated and graphically improved Boom.
That was pretty fucking cool to see - I was texting with my guys from local shop about the CVO RG and the FXDR - Matt Laidlaw is way cool for doing this
That was very cool. Like the new colors, Two Tone scheme looks to be a throwback to the 98 anniversary setup, not the colors but how they were shown on the bike. The Silver/Black would look really cool with all the chrome changed to satin black powder coat.
New infotainment, hopefully more modern with Appleplay and easier to upgrade in the future. Not so sure about the "Mako" design of the new Roadglide CVO, that one will have to grow on me a bit.
Gotta ride a Livewire, the torque on that thing should be incredible! Will definitely need some hockey cards in the spokes for some "engine noise" eh!
I like the FXDR but guessing it is a hyped up Fat Bob...with a diff rake and trail.......but I am sure I am wrong there - Funny, 114 = 112 FPT and 117 = 125FPT.......I need to Stage 2 my 107 now just to keep up with the new 114s...>
Anyone else think the Extended fairing on the CVO RG is FUGLY???
one of those need to see it in person type things probably
