Question Labor(Hours) for installing Race Tech Springs/GV?

Looking for amount of time it takes to install Race Tech Springs & Gold Valve?
Thanks in advance.

I just finished installing Progressive Monotubes and start to finish was probably 4 hours (remove and reinstall front wheel, remove and reinstall fork legs, remove internals from fork legs and install monotubes) I didn't have to disassemble the fork legs for the install, if you need to do this for the Race Tech you will need to add maybe another hour.

All that being said, I had the Race Tech set up in my last Glide, and find the Progressive Monotubes a way better product, I just find it a smoother ride and better handling, plus you will get a forum discount on the monotubes as Progressive is a site sponsor.

I installed race tech spring and RICOR valves, 5 hours for a pro sounds about right.
