23' Wobble

Hey guys i need some suggestions on this wobble issue i have running the 23.
06 road glide.

1.Running Pickard Bolt on.
2.Air in front/rear tire 38F/40R
3.Balance tires [ride on foam stuff]
4.Also have tru -trac stablelizer on
5.The neck has been recently adjusted [wobble 105mph] adjusted now [wobble 111mpd].

Anything sticks out that i might have over looked to get rid of this problem?

Don't go 105-111mph. Why the hell does anyone ride a Bagger that fast?? These bikes aren't made for those speeds stock or not. Just my .02c.

2008 HDRG, Mirage Orange, Stage 1 air, Dresser Duals with DNA Megaphones, PC5, SE headlight bezel, HID, Chrome Floorboards, Corbin Seat, Shorty Antenna, J&M 7 1/4" speakers, 16" KST Mayhems, And some other chrome goodies.

I will seek answers from another place because the harley purest are on here trying to say they never go over the speed limit on their road glides.

I never said they can't go that fast or I haven't exceeded the speed limit. But your wondering why a bike that wasn't made to be ridden at those speeds with a modified neck and bigger/narrow front tire is wobbling at twice the legal speed limit.... I work for the Fire Dept and have picked up many of bodies from scenes from people doing sh!t like that. Darwin always wins. I'm no saint myself but those speeds I do not do.

But hey, keep riding that way. That's one reason I have a job.

What kind of pressure in the front tire? How is it balanced?
