Let us know how they work out. I have been eyeing a set for a while. I have a set of progressive 440's and I thought they were just alright until My wife and I rode to Daytona last week. Those shocks really were NICE 2 up.

I'm also looking for some better shocks. I've read good reviews previously referring to 'Ohlins #6', but don't see anything by this name on their web site. Their shock listed for a 2006-2012 Street Glide is ]part number HD039, type S36E'. What's a '#6' ?

http://www.ohlinsusa.com/harley-davidson

Thanks.

Ohlin 6's is the name Howard gives them on his website, if you look on ohlin usa they are the shocks with a remote reservoir.

Thanks. I found them. Wow, though $2k for shocks. I was actually looking at the Progressive 944 for $530 on Amazon. Are the Ohlins really worth 4x the cost ?

they are well worth the money , but with forum discount they are around $1400 , #3 series around $750 and #2 series round $550 , I'd call Howard , all 3 of these shocks are quality shocks the difference in prices is adjustable options

Can't wait to hear what you have to say about these Ohlin shocks. I have got them on my mind as well.
