progressive

I have 2011 RGU has any one installed Progressive spring kit 11-1131
Can it be done with out removing tubes. and taking front end apart

Is there any recall on the front suspension or or service bull

The tubes have to be removed from the bike, primarily because the fork tube cap s go through the top triple tree and cannot be unscrewed without dropping the tubes.
