Progressive 940's

I have been reading that the 940's are a nice improvement. If I have a 2010 FLTRX & want to be a little lower, what size should I order?

Thx,....

Pretty sure they only come in one size ... they are 13inch shocks that will sit like a 12inch. Meaning it won't lower your FLTRX at all. It still should be a great improvement, though.

Thx...
How about the 930? 12" or the 11.5" is this a good shock for the touring frame? I'm usually solo & 225 lbs but occasionally have the wife @ 140 lbs.

Thx...Dave

I have a 2010 RGC and moved to the 940's a month ago... the sag and set up I have they are slightly lower than the stock as I am 100% flat foot now and wasn't quite before but that is likely only a difference of 1/2 inch or so...

The 940 are excellent IMHO and well worth it for handling and ride quaulity... an easy 20min install.

There is no "930". Progressive 940 Shocks only come in one size 13". They are designed to have 1" of sag based on the bikes weight so they sit at about 12" the same as a stock FLTRX or SG. When properly set up they are to be adjust ed for another 1/2 -1" of sag with the rider on the bike so on the bike with riders weight you may feel a little lower than stock 12" FLTRX shocks.

If you want to go with a lower overall shock Progressive offers the 440 series in 13,12,11.5 and 11" .

They are also coming out with a new series of shocks the 444 or the 944 these are the same sizes but have a different damping system.

My mistake..... Not 930's I was wondering about the 430's nice looking shock but curious as to how well it handles at 12" or less?

Thx

I switch just a while back to the 940's on my RGU. The only reason I did it was I needed to get a inch lower,Just was not flat footed enough two up and loaded down.
I had put 22K on the bike with stock air shocks so I know how it rode.
The 940's lower the bike just right and was a easy 15 minute job to install them. I have just come back from a 3000 mile ride and have put 4K on the 940's.
I still say I do not feel any real difference in ride when my Air shocks were set right.
The 940 work well We change the adjust slightly while on our trip and got them where we wanted them.
I happy I did it for the lowering they a great shock no worst than stock just no great change in ride I can feel
