progressive 444

Recieved my 444 yesterday and installed them tonite. First impression of them is very positive, pretty smooth ride compared to stock airs but that dont take to much. Only went for a 3 or 4 mile ride, dont know if they get even better after they break in. Only one thing i dont like is that they have you put a washer between frame and shock and its really hardto put on backrest or tour pak, not much space. Headin to tomahawk thursday morning so well see how the feel

Were the 440s enough improvement to rate spending the extra money? I can only assume that the 444 will be even better. DHP isn't advertising the 444 yet. I wonder if they have them...

Well, seeming as I ordered another set (444s this time) and not the 412s, I'd personally say that I think they're worth the extra $200......LOL SORRY!! I couldn't resist but,in all seriousness, yes I feel like the extra $200 is well worth it, now as for the jump up to the 944 being worth it. I'll never know, cuz I'm not dropping that much coin to find out lol feel the 444s/440s are a good comprise and a huge improvement over the stock setup.

On my bikes there's always a few things that I do first and will redone til they're dead on; bars/grip, highway pegs/floorboard location, seat and suspension. If my hands ass and feet are happy and it's a good ride quality it makes riding that much more enjoyable for me

Oh no.....I have most beat in the cheap section, until it comes to the bike....go figure LOL but back on subject, yes, I do feel that the are worth the extra coin...... I'll ever drop the bills on the 944s, but that's okay. If I never try them, I won't know what I'm "missing" and won't want them

What height 444's did you go with? I see Progressive offers different heights in the 444's
