Front end question

Sorry guys if this is a stupid question. My buddy has an 09 Street Glide. Last winter he got blacked out lowers installed. He just has the raw stock lowers sitting around and he said I could have them. I'm thinking maybe I could save some cash by bringing them to the powder coater and having him do them up black as opposed to buying black ones from dealer ($400).

So my question is this: I have a 2010 RG. Are his 2009 Street Glide lowers compatible with my 2010 Road Glide? Seems like many things are different between the 09 and 10 touring models. Please help. I'd hate to spend the money getting them blacked out just to find out it was a waste. Thanks.

According to the diagrams on Ronnie's the part numbers are the same so you should be good to go.

I have a follow up question. Are lower sliders the same for ABS and non ABS bikes?

I found a set of stock lower sliders from a 2010 street glide and want to powder coat them and install on my 2012 Road Glide with ABS. Will it work? Any other issues?
