Upgraded my front and rear

My front now has the HD Premium forks - my rear has the Suspension Technologies (ST). I've run the ST on 4 other HD so I once again feel better control and smoothness -- I'll be getting it dialed into the sweet spot soon. The front is the fist time I've used HD premium; I'm a Progressive Monotube supporter. But...

Monotubes were back ordered for 4-6 weeks. However, the very good dealer I go to found a set and had it expressed in for last Saturday install. Sadly, parts were missing. GM gave me excellent price on the HD premium.

Wow -- I cannot tell the difference. I rode 60 miles on SAT from dealer in the yucky rain etc. So I did not do any board scrapping but I did have to navigate the normal threatening DC area beltway. VERY comfortable. And I hit regular bump spots that were handled very nicely compared to stock 2016 forks.

Will update as I get dialed in. DOOF

Congrats on the upgrade. I picked mine up from Battlefield in PA last Saturday and the 40 mile commute home was in the same crap you had in VA.

Update 30 jan

Well. The website for ST (Yelvington) told me my stock height was 12 inch rear shox. I've been scraping so I knew there was an issue. Turns out the 16 FLHTK is 13 inch height. Yelvington has GREAT CUSTOMER service -- they found the mistaken "selector" on their website input recommendations - and they are sending me the correct height w a return label. Can't ask for better customer service than that ! Will advise results but my past with them has been VERY comfortable. DOOF.
