I need to replace my cowbells . what is easier ?

I just want to change cowbells. should I take off the fork bottom or drop the forks out of the triple tree ?

What year ? How many miles ? If your ride has enough miles , drop the bottoms so you can clean and refill the oil. If not , just drop the tubes out of the trees.

It's easier to just drop the forks from the trees, but as mentioned in the previous post, if you have a few years and miles, it wouldn't hurt to change the fork oil. IMO, to do that it's also easier just to take the tubes out.
