Fork cartridge actual height

So I have spoken to a couple of manufacturers. The different fork cartridges ride at different heights.
I hear axeo by legend is about 3/4" lower than stocks.
Anybody know if progressive is different than stock.
I am talking about the model that says stock height.
I ride an 2016 RGU. Is stock height based on a standard RG witch is a little lower stock?
