Just installed JNR air ride!

So im not a taller rider (5'9) and i wanted suspension adjustability on the fly. So i did a little research and bought a JNR fast up kit with the ride height repeater and installed it. Pretty good quality stuff, the only draw back was no instructions. I had to figure out a few installation flaws as there were no instructions (it was also a Sunday and they were closed) but i called on Monday and they confirmed the problems i had and what they normally do for remedy. I've only ridden maybe 10 miles but they seem to work great, i set up ride height to .5 inch over stock height and with it aired down parking lots and stop lights are alot easier. My bike is an 18 RGS so one problem i had was compressor mounting. The compressor has to be mounted with heat sinks down or you'll have interference with the LH bag. As far as the fast up tank on the left side if you keep your stock antenna the mounting bracket will have to be modified. Hopefully this will help anyone who has any questions. 👍

I have thought about doing the same.did you measure your height loaded after setting it?i'm more interested is the ride since height isn't an issue.everyone I have talked to says that is the way to go-however some people won't admit if they don't like-post your thoughts after 500-1000 miles, very interested

I measured stock suspension height unloaded and i got 12", so i set the air ride repeater to 12.5" unloaded. I've been trying to pay attention to bumps and railroad crossings and id say ride is a little better than stock but let me put some more miles on it and I'll chime in. Also it comes with another switch to bypass the ride height repeater so you can air it up past your set height if so desired.

I noticed you also changed the tank badges. I like those CVO badges. Nice look!

I installed the same Jnr kit last winter Iíve put about 6000 miles on them and love it. Riding solo there is a small improvement. 2 up is where you can really feel the difference.
