Never had this issue with my other bikes but we took a trip around west MI and up over the bridge and back. On the way back my turn signals started flipping out after getting home and inspecting found I bottomed out enough to rub into my wire harness. Was abe to separate and tape but not sure how to prevent it again.
This is a 06 with the stock air shocks that only hold a max of 35psi so i am told.
We are not small and gear was easily another 60lbs.
Not trying to put a fortune in this bike but was wonder if the air shocks that go higher psi is my solution found Hi jackers for a good price any thoughts?
Just trying to get by a few years to trade in for new touring model

Spend the money on good shocks. When you buy your new bike you can swap them out on it. Even a brand new CVO has junk shocks on it.
You will be happy and ask yourself why you waited so long.
