sony

I've read the threads that say the sony is a good system. What are your thoughts of installing this system.

I like Sony..... sorry I can't say the same about Pyle. You would still need to buy adapters for the speakers. But for $300, it may not hurt to try...... less than the price of some speakers or amps. Also you'll need the kit to be able to mount the radio and also use your handlebar controls.

Hutch can't really speak on the head unit but the speakers look like the ones I reviewed here

https://www.roadglide.org/showthread.php?t=99897

Looks like a good setup if your on a tight budget. Let me know how it goes if you decide to go with it.

Hutch, the DCS will DEFINETLY be easier to work with. and the HK systems are great head units, The reson I am changing mine is because I want specific functions. (Bluetooth and Pandora control from hand controls)

if you have the loot go with the DCS

Thanks for the input. After reading the comments and talking with Frank at Drago's I went with the Double shot CS/Dx and the stock head unit. I'd really like bluetooth and pandora, but have to wait as I ordered the Daymaker headlight. My Christmas presents to myself.
I can't wait to get them all in....
