need a little help/advice

My buddy installed an Ipod interface, rockford fostgate amp and 4 6.5 speakers in my fairing. All works and sounds great, except the sides of the instrument bezel piece rub on the grills for the speakers that are on the inner fairing. Any ideas? I was thinking about sanding down the back of the speaker grills, to make them a little thinner

Any help would be great.

You could sand them down or replace with a thinner grill. Mine don't rub but they are very close. I have Hertz speakers and grills.

Garage
There is also some adjustability in the fairing. On my bike I loosened the fairing mount on the crash bar and pushed it over about 1/4 inch on each side, problem solved.

I'd do this. It will take 10 minutes. IF teh grills are easy to take off shave them down a little too.

advice

Hey guys,

Well I ended up shaving down the grills and moving the fairing out a little bit. Got plenty of room now.

Thanks for all the help!
