Hawg Wired single din kit ?

I am trying to install my Alpine 149bt in my bike and I am having a heck of a time getting the bolt holes to line up. The rubber o-ring is keeping the radio from sliding in where it needs to be. This is hard to explain I guess, does anyone have a tip on what worked for them? Thank you.

Yes, it's tight but doable. Just give it a good push.
