Wire color

Anyone know what color the continuous feed wire for the stereo is? The one that keeps the memory for the stereo? The new stereo will not power up, with the wiring harness (Scosche) plugged in. Stereo is good and she I cross wired the yellow and red with the red from the road glide, it works, but will not hold the memory when the bike is powered off. It's a 2000 Road Glide, if anyone can help. And yes I'm a newbie to all this.
