Polk mm6501 tweets in gauge holes

How do I get these to fit in the gauge holes... Spent the last 2 hours searching and can't find anything. Please help.

How big are the tweeters and did they come with mounting hardware?

2013 BBP

Are you set on mounting there? Hawg wired grills are $50 and you can do this

Like this. Use the clamp that comes with the 6501's and a little marine sealant to hold it in place. 3M 5200 is some pretty tough stuff.

I guess I was assuming that you bought a set of MM6501's and they came with the mounts. If they did, use these.

Yes they came with those mounts in the last picture its just a little loose all the way tightened, and one pothole (live in IL) and I don't think it would hold but Ill get some of that 3M 5200. Thanks

A dab of 5200 on each leg of that mount will hold them tight. Make sure you get the "fast cure" stuff. Once it sets it's not going anywhere. Keep in mind that this is through hull underwater marine sealant. You don't want to be getting it on your hands or anywhere else you don't want it. It doesn't just wipe off like RTV. Doesn't wash off your hands either.
