Mixing impedance

Forgive me if this has been addressed. I made a mistake and got two sets of polk speakers for my fairing, one set being 2 ohm and the other being 4. I have not ordered the amp but was planning on using the rf pbr300x2 to power them. Is it ok to mix impedance and how should I wire them? Will this amp work for me? Thanks in advance for any advice.

So wiring in series gives me a 12 ohm load and parallel gives a .66 ohm load. Will the 12 ohm load noticeably affect the quality of sound?

wiring in series will give a 6 ohm load, not 12, and yes it will decrease the available power to the speakers. Usually not a good idea to wire to different speakers together as you will not be able to balance out the sound at all. If your going to do this, either get 4 2 ohm and series them, or 4 4 ohm and parallel them (if your amp is 2 ohm stable).
