Amp install

Can someone give me an idea as to where to install my amp on my 16 road glide. I am not so sure I see enough room in the fairing area.

It goes below the radio. Remove the radio with the 4 bolts and it comes right out. Then you will see the area well.

You can remove the headlight assembly and the amp will slide right in underneath the radio. The four bolts that hold the amp's brackets are a little hard to reach but not all that bad. This is if you are using the Boom audio amp.

I just installed the PBR300x4 in my 2016. It fits under the radio. I plan to do a write up with pictures on it as I change the speakers out as well to Polk Dxi6501.

That is the same amp I have. I would love to see how you have it mounted.

To get an idea, go to the J&M site and watch their video. Really easy.
