2001 roadie needs an audio upgrade

does anyone make a wire harness adapter so I could still use my hand control if I upgrade to a different head unit? Or, how late of a head unit can I use for the 2001? Could I as an example plug in the newer Harmon Kardon for a late model bike?

Check out Hawgwired and Biketronics, both make a kit that allow you to install after market unit and still use hand controls. I'm not sure if the new HK is completely compatible.
