Is this a good deal?

This is a question for all you audio guys out there. I know squat so I asking here. Was searching E-bay and came across this package: Stereo/speaker/amp deal. I'm not concerened with the speakers but might use them if they sound better than the stock ones. I'm not looking for the blow the cage windows off 4 cars back, just something that sounds good while traveling. Is this a good deal for the stereo/amp?

Thanks for your inputs.

It is a good price but you would prolly be better off piecing togther your own system that meets your needs. Personally I would not use an amp unless it was m/c specific and was completely plug n play.

Seems ok, but the speakers probably aren't great as I guess you know, and you will still have to buy a kit to mount the head unit.

I'm not a huge fan of the Pyle name brand but that is a cool little stereo.

The stereo alone is $115 and up on ebay.
The amp is $50.
The speakers are $20/pair.
Total $205 (fairly significant savings just by making your own bundle)

So you might be able to save money just by piecing that same system together through ebay or buy the same stereo/amp and spend a few extra bucks on speakers (which should keep you at or around the same price range as your original ebay listing's $239).

I would trust marine grade equipment on a motorcycle (my two cents).

agree... you can build something better for equal cost maybe a tad more.

Sony radio
RF amp
and speakers of your choice in a price range

pretty solid setup with allot of people running it.
