Question Radio connector question??

I'm installing the Boom amp with upgraded front speakers and Harleys saddle bag kit. I've looked in the service manual on how to work with these connectors and can't seem to be able to find it. How is this connector released from the radio? I would rather not brake it. Then how to disassemble to move wires around? I've looked in the manual it says its a Tyco superseal 23 and a 35 place connector.
