Need help to identify this antenna

This morning I was visiting the Boston HD dealer and I saw many ultras equipped with this short radio antenna. It is not HD, anybody knows who the maker is and how good is it?

They don't perform as well as stock but still pretty good. If your out in the country with marginal signal you might not be happy. But for the small cost it's worth a try.

I picked one up at Pep Boys ~$14. I did an AM station test in my garage. 4 stations with stock and 0 with stub antenna, but I don't usually listen to AM. All of my preset FM stations came in loud and clear. As mentioned, I'm sure you will lose signal quicker, but I'm happy with the look and the performance around town.

Got mine at Advance auto. Someone walked away with it at Shark Week, but I never ever listen to the radio. Can't stand commercials.
