Tweeter and Woofer no crossover

How does one connect both together as one without changing impedance? 4 ohm woofer and 4 ohm tweeter without using a crossover? Yet set the frequency up correctly to separate the two and sound good on all ends?

You don't. Connecting them in parallel will halve your impedance and full frequency to a tweeter will blow it in a few watts. You must have some sort of crossover, even if you run full range to the woofer and just a simple resistor/cap network to the tweeter.

Rest in Peace Michael Wade

So as you stated a simple resistor/cap network to the tweeter, attached to the woofer to tweeter and from there the woofer to amp. Any suggestions on resistor / cap size.

Why would you not use the crossovers matched to the woofer/tweeter combo that you plan to use?

Why do you need it really that to do a fixed line?
