Cerwin-Vega B52 issues

I have a Cerwin-Vega B52 setup with a Biketronics BT355 line lever.

The issue I'm having is the AMP is not turning on with the stereo consistently. I have the Turn-on switch set to VOX. Sometimes the amp will turn on 10-15 seconds after turning on the bike. Other times it takes up to 30 seconds.

Do I need to run a remote wire and if I do what should I tap in to?

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

From CV:

"The most preferred and reliable method is using the REM setting with a 12V trigger wire connected to the vehicles ignition..."

So yeah, I would do that. There was a 12V ignition activated accessory wire (maybe 18 gauge) in the harness of my Special located near the brake side directional connector- it was capped from the factory... blue if memory serves correct.

I used the power port/cigarette lighter power there in the fairing as the turn on signal...
Brewiz and Colin1966 like this.

As the other two members noted, use the REM setting with an 18 ga signal wire tied into something like the cigarette lighter's positive lead using a T-connector.
