So this weekend my wife and 3 other couples headed out for a weekend excursion to Memphis.....side note *Graceland is awesome. This place is an amusement park without rides. If you even like Elvis a little bit, you gotta go sometime* Anyway, we get an hour into the trip and my right speaker quit working. Left side seems fine but the right side....nothin....I think. My wife thought she could hear somethin but the drone of my CFR's and road wind had already had their way with my ears so who knows. At any rate, the right side isn't working properly. I didn't listen to tunes all weekend. I could have listened to the lone left speaker but it just aggrivated me too much to do that. I installed it to the letter of the instructions but was just curious if anyone in the crowd wanted to take a stab at it before I take off the fairing this weekend and expose the truth. I'm sure it's something simple and would like to state for the record...I love the Hawg Wired product and have no doubt that if it is anything other than my mechanical skills failing me, they will take care of it. Just thought I'd throw out some bait to the sharks and see who guesses right.

Didn't see Paul but I did see the guitar pick on Elvis' grave. It was tortoise shell with his name on it. I remember seeing it and thinking, why would someone leave a Paul McCartney guitar pick on Elvis' grave? Never crossed my mind that he would have been there. Saw the story on MSN homepage when we got home Monday night. Graceland is 10X more than I expected. I figured we would roll up, pay some money and walk through where he lived. So much more than that. Only sorry we didn't go sooner. Memphis is a cool place to visit. Beautiful riding, great food and good times had by all.

The pic is cool. I hadn't seen that. You can tell from the background it is a private tour. Probably the reason we had 1pm tour tickets but got there at 11am.

I'm sure this has got to be a loose wire. I'm not sweatin the fairing. I need to secure my "mean mug" anyway. I'll pull the headlight assembly and get it back on with no problem. Heck, I might pull the trigger on a set of daymakers while I'm at it. Def want to get a set of speaker grills too. Hmmm, a loose wire connection could cost me $700. Only a Harley owner could someone make this statement and only those who also own one totally get it
