Anyone have any experience with Soundz Customz? I'll be going to delmarva bike week and they will be there....looking at their website looks as though they have several levels of audio. I currently have the J&M Rokkers w/J&M 250w and I'm curious what level I need to buy to get some real quality sound. The J&M just don't do it for me.
I have the J&M 7.25 speakers. There was a definite improvement with the stock head unit. I recently installed a Sony aftermarket and it woke the speakers up. I don't yet have an amp. The audio experts may be able to confirm if this would help.
Whenever they come to Daytona, they are about 100ft away from the JM booth, so I've had a few chances to compare. They both use basically the same amp, (JM is just an ARC renamed IMO), and I was more impressed with the Focal than JM speakers, but that's me, you may feel different.
I had them install the Arc Audio 125.2 amp and Focal 165 speakers in Laughlin in 2012.
I love the system. But Just recently I had an issue with a speaker going out. Turns out it was a short in the RCA line adapter. I took out the RCA line adapter and went direct in the amp.
I installed the stage 4 kit plus Focal 5x7's in my lids with another ARC amp for them. All from Soundz. Pete is a great guy. Even when they were in sturgis he answered my phone calls with questions I had on my install. The Focals ROCK!!!!! I love the system and all the connections were pre done for me so install was a snap. So far no probs and the lid speakers have no leakes yet...
I just insalled the stageIV also. I used the 4 channel amp and put the HAT 6X9 in the lids. It sounds great and rocks at 70+ on the interstate. I had to turn it down after a while. I would also like to say that Pete is a stand up guy. He fixed all the parts I needed and sent it out to me while he was at sturgis. And answered all my call and questions. All in all a very good system and very good to deal with.
