Electrical Help- Speaker switch

OK- here is the question- I have ALL the stuff running on my bike, AM/FM/CB GPS/XM, CB, intercom all work, but when I push the speaker switch (the one to the left of the speedometer reset button), there are three positions, first is off, the second turns on the speakers but then I lose the radio in my headset!
What I want to be able to do is have the speakers come on and still have ALL the rest working as it was when the speaker switch was off (all the way forward)- ANYONE figured this out- which wires do I need to jump?
Thanks everyone!

Switch in FWD position - Speakers off and everything through headset.
Middle - Everything through speakers except for the CB. CB is played in headset.
Rear position - Everything including the CB is through the speakers.

Except the intercom. The intercom is always through the headset, when on.
