Bikertronics

Just hah a new JVC head unit installed and they used the bikertronics kit wit the AVC I will be going down the road listening to FM and it will out of the blue change the station and some times it will mute the radio has anyone else had this problem?

What year is the bike, 06 and newer or 05 and older. Sounds to me like a pinched wire in there somewhere or where 2 wires are rubbing together. Speaking from experience it is probably something simple.

I had the same problem with my biketronics crap. They warrantied the control box but I had to pay shipping both ways only to have the new unit take a dump a few days later. I fixed it by junking the biketronics crap and go with hawg wired controller.

Bike is a 2011 RGC. Does the Hawg wild have AVC ?

No they don't have AVC control. That's another thing that never worked right with my biketronics stuff. If your using AVC with a amp that's a good way to damage the amp or speakers.
