107 Fuel Moto kit....

Ok guys...
Pressed for cash keep in mind Im still running the stock header pipes cat removed with slip ons. Also still have the stock intake....
Ok, with a stage 4 kit, pistons (10.5:1) 777 cams, etc and headwork the bike pulled 92hp and 118tq.
Im fairly satisfied with that for now as I believe when I get it breathing right Ill be just over 100hp and 120tq.
Theyre still fine tuning the fuel mapping. (PC5).
Also installed the satellite radio module and installed my Biketronics 2250 amp. Mille Legends on back order so will get those installed when they come in.
I forgot to take a pic of it on the dyno and didnt bother taking a pic of the dyno run yet.
Just reporting the numbers.
Im going to pick the bike up Weds and Ill have riding impressions then.
Probably wont have exhaust funds till winter but Im thinking either dual shots or maybe a 2 into 1 though I dont like the look as much.
Really not sure where the numbers will be then but my buddys bike is at 107hp and 125tq with a 2 into 1.

Did you have any work done to the bottom end? What about a different clutch or TB? Thanks for the info.

Stock clutch, stock TB.... I think my build is about 10hp low. Idk.
I can't see good headers adding 15 to 20 hp.
Even with stock intake, stock head pipes gutted, and slip ons I think I should be just over 100hp.
Im gonna talk to my guy and see what he says.
FM website shows a dyno for my setup and they're over 100hp. Granted, a tuner or shop will show the most optimistic numbers they can but I'm not even close.

Chasing numbers can get expensive. Good luck.

I'm not "chasing numbers" just wondering why the numbers are a bit down from advertised.
That said I can't wait to pick it up.

Ok, picked my bike up and asked my friend of 25 years who owns the shop why my numbers are so down from what Fuel Moto publishes on their website.
He said his dyno reads low and thats right where all these bikes come in at with that 107 kit and gutted head pipe on his dyno.
(92/118)
He has a Street Glide and thats where his was before he did pipes. After pipes hes at 105/121.
He says if I get dynoed at Harley it will read 100hp.
Like I said Ive known him for 25 years and he hasnt steered me wrong ever.

That said the bike is night and day different. This is how they should come stock. It actually gets somewhere now when you turn the throttle and the sound is much improved after gutting the head pipe.

Cant comment on my audio system because Im still waiting on the Hertz Mille Legends. The amp is Biketronics 2250 and I had the satellite module installed but havent subscribed yet.

I did the engine in my 2008 the winter of 15/16 so this is my second season with it now. I used the 107" Revolution Performance cylinders. Wisco pistons 10.5:1 comp heads are cleaned up with over sized valves. SE 58mm throttle body. S&S 585 easy start cams and valve train. SE race tuner. D&D Fat Cat 2 into 1 pipe. It dyno'd at 115HP and 125TQ at wheel with the stock clutch. 500 miles later I fried that so now it has a Barnett Carbon Fiber clutch with a Fuel Moto lock up and a bigger spring. it doesn't slip anymore! I didn't dyno after the clutch so don't know if anything changed anything but it is definitely fun! When i decided to do it i was hoping for 110HP and 115TQ. My indy shop exceeded my expectations. Im very happy with it. It has been reliable with no issues at all.
