I built this bike for the company vice president. It is based on an '05 Road Glide. It has an S&S T-124 ci., Horse Power Inc. Throttle Body, Jet Scream Air Cleaner, S&S header pipes 2-1-2, and Bassani DNT mufflers.

Wow, That's a pretty big TQ dip at 2,500 RPM. Any ideas on what might be causing that?

Not really. It may be that when the tuner opened the throttle all the way that is where it caught up and got going. It has a pretty big cam and the TB is a 58mm so I really wouldn't expect it to make a lot of torque below 2500. S&S shows that cam making power between 3000 & 6000 rpm.

I bet that pulls like a train! Dip might be the mufflers. Put a 2-1 on it, or a set of crushers and it will flatten out. If it was tuned correctly the first time
