2010 RGS | 110 Tire Shredder Kit

Just finished up, last month, with SE 110 Tire Shredder Kit (92500037A) on my 2010 RG Custom. I couldn't be more happy with the results or the performance. It's like a new bike.

Max TQ = 126 | Max Power = 115

Here are all the performance related mods contributing to these numbers or were done in conjunction:

1. Rinehart 2-1 Exhaust System (200-0100)
2. TTS by MasterTune (2000008)
3. SE Pro 110 Stage IV Tire Shredder Kit (92500037A)
* Big Bore 4.0" Bolt-On Cylinders
* CNC-Ported Factory Cylinder Heads
* 10.5:1 Compression Pistons
* SST Piston Rings
* SE-259 cams
* High-Capacity Roller Tappets
* 58mm Throttle Body
* High Flow Fuel Injectors
* Top End Gasket Kit
* Cam Cover Gasket
* High Volume Oil Pump
4. SE Adjustable Pushrod Kit (17900032)
5. SE Heavy Duty Clutch Spring (37980-10)
6. SE Performance Clutch Friction Disc Kit (37980-10)
7. HD 10MM Phat Spark Plug Wires (32303-08A)
8. NGK Iridium Spark Plugs (NGK6046)
9. SE Heavy Breather Air Cleaner (29253-08C)

Ya, I put one in my 11 TRX over the winter. Its a hell of a kit and a lot of bang for the buck. I did wheels and a timken bearing at the same time, added an S&S cam plate and 3 stage pump too.

I did go back in and swap that 259 out for an S&S 585 ez start and a gear drive. And I don't run that SE clutch spring.

Mine made 124hp and 129tq tuned with a Thundermax. Jackpot X pipe with a full size crossover, V&H high output cans w/modified quiet baffles and a S&S air cleaner covered by a oem dog bowl.

Did this solve the hard/sluggish starts?

Yep, starts like a stocker now. It took a little of the low end torque away, but gave it back up top. With the 259 it was all undesired tire spin and and prone to lifting the front wheel on the 1-2 shift. With the 585 its all about shifting fast enough to keep it off the rev limiter.
