Sierra Electronics comes thru
I ordered a J&M Bluetooth Headset
to turn my Helmet
into a concert hall (sorta). Ordered it from Sierra Electronics
. While waiting, I dug into the details of installing it on the helmet. I found this reference to a "Fat Battery" that provided more run time, but no other info on it, no part number, nothing.
I asked Diana, at Sierra, about it. She, inadvertently, gave me the wrong battery info. Once I got the battery, I realized it was wrong, emailed Diana, and she took care of it right away. New battery on the way, with mailer to return the other one. Great Service.
They also gave me info on how to get the headset installed in my Shoei Multitec
. Apparently, they are the go-to folks for J&M Helmet installations nationwide.
In theory, Theory and Reality are the same. In reality, they are different.
